Return & Refund Policy

At Wallo, we want you to love what arrives on your walls. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom & personalised prints

Because our customisable prints are made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please double-check all names, dates, and text before submitting your order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Standard prints

For non-customised prints, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
